The Cohort Was the Highlight of My Experience
I really enjoyed the cohort I was a part of because it included people I wouldn’t have met otherwise. There were individuals from the military, the private sector, and the public sector. For me, hearing everyone’s experiences, both professional and personal, was my favorite part of the program.

A Broader View, a Stronger Network: How the Program Changed My Perspective
The program helped me in a number of ways. One was expanding my view of the world, being able to look at things outside of my unique perspective, look at things from multiple angles, from both a broader perspective and a zoomed-in perspective. The networking and our cohort has also been really life-changing for me.
