Students enrolled in the MA in Global Risk (online) program may qualify for financial aid, and military veterans may be eligible for additional support through the Yellow Ribbon program. Note that the residency fees cover the cost of most meals and lodging during the in-person residencies. Students are responsible for the cost of their flight.

Yellow Ribbon Program

Johns Hopkins University is a proud participant of the Yellow Ribbon program that enhances financial access for student veterans. The program currently provides up to $12K in additional support to military veterans who are not active duty and have a 100% GI Bill benefit rate.

Matriculation Fee

Admitted students are required to pay a $500 non-refundable deposit to secure their place in the program. The deposit is due approximately two or four weeks from the date the admission decision is released.
